Madalena Perestrelo de Oliveira and António Garcia Rolo, co-Principal Investigators at the Lisbon DAO Observatory, following their participation in the DAO @ LexTech Institute Conferece in the Faculty of Law of the University of Neuchâtel on 13th October 2023, have contributed with their speeches to the ambitious collective book "Decentralized Autonomous Organizations in the Legal Landscape: from Decentralized Governance to Legal Frontiers", edited by Professor Florence Guillaume of the University of Neuchâtel and Sven Riva, a PhD candidate in that same university.
Madalena Perestrelo de Oliveira contributed with a paper on how to reconcile corproate and blockchain-based organisational models in DAO regulation; while António Garcia Rolo outlined how a Portuguese court would approach a DAO.
