Madalena Perestrelo de Oliveira and António Garcia Rolo participated, on 13th October 2023, at the DAO @ LexTech Institute Conference in the Faculty of Law of the University of Neuchâtel, where they delivered a joint presentation on DAO regulation from a Portuguese perspective, not only laying out what the framework applicable to DAOs would be under Portuguese law but also outlining the challenges that future regulation of DAOs face.
